Refund policy
We want you to love your MagSeal. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return: Email us at support@magsealpro.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items: If your MagSeal arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo at support@magsealpro.com within 30 days, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.
